'698 is the real beef, that SFOR holds and going after the top dogs for patent infringement & Kay is keeping it close to his heart/$SFOR, the $9m Deal with ACS is only for GuardedID & MobileTrust for which SFOR will still be a perpetual seller. If ACS sells, SFOR get 20%-25%, If SFOR makes a deals( with GuardedID/MobileTrust ) they will give ACS 20%-25%
