when emailed scotrade this is what i recieved.

Thank you for your email. DTC has transferred the Scottrade client
shares to the Transfer Agent. PAVC has instructed the Transfer Agent to
send the shares directly to the shareholders, not to be returned to any
broker. We have contacted the Transfer Agent asking when our clients
could expect to receive their shares; to date, our call remains
unanswered. We will continue to follow-up on our customer's behalf.

I agree, we should come up with a name for when brokers sell resticted shares the never had .lol
