I have run into that occasionally. Not an issue if I have other funds or margin available - just can't reuse the SAME funds.

Fwiw they have long since tagged me as a pattern day trader. Does not bother me.

In any case, I have never ever been restricted in any way from SELLING a stock like the other poster was complaining about at his broker. At Schwab I can easily sell anything I might hold at any point in time.
