BTW...in all the years I've lived here I've only seriously fired a gun once...at a rattlesnake. Got that sucker too then caught hell because I "ruined" the rattles.

That's why I asked you to define threatened.

What kind of threat were you talking about that would allow someone to shoot someone else?

If someone threatened to kick your ass, would that be enough?

What one person feels is a threat, another person may shrug off.

Sounds like a dangerous law in Florida to me.
