Whitesands - I have dealt with government entities through my job as a legal professional for 35+ years, and if I call the County to ask if a vehicle must be registered, or if title to property must be recorded, they will certainly tell me and will customarily guide me to the proper department which handles same - that's not considered legal advice. I don't see any difference. I've just never heard of specific corporate "assets" having to be registered, filed or declared with any government entity other than by way of tax filings with the local tax assessor/collector or the like. Doesn't mean it doesn't happen, but I'll follow up with the State of Nevada with a little different inquiry and let everyone know what I learn, if anything.
