I tell it like it is. What I said is what happened. The gal I talked with wouldn't give me a straignt answer as to whether assets needed to be recorded with the SOS office or not. I think she didn't want to be held liable for dispensing legal advice, and I don't blame her.
I don't mislead ... unlike some who make unprovable accusations over and over again.

For what it's worth, the same personalities come in here over and over again to obfuscate confuse, and cover the board with FUD. Amazingly, they all show up at about the same time.
