sulja bros. is incorporated in Nevada. could it be that ss was referring to that without really thinking it through, i.e., that just because they're incorporated in nevada doesn't necessarily mean they have corporate offices in nevada? just questioning why he would specifically make reference to nevada in the context of the asset transfer. any clarification is appreciated.
