There's nothing anywhere that says there would be a filing about assets. That's just people reading an imprecise PR in an imprecise way and then making assumptions.

The PR says assets were transferred. Does that take time? Has anyone ever done a big corporate deal with lots of assets and lots of principals?

That's what the PR says and that's what they claim happened. Is there proof or is there contradiction at the Secretary of State? Definitely NOT.
