Yes, filings are deliquent, but the SEC holds SPCL's current 8k's, one of which states that financials are being audited.

They are going through a Reverse Merger for Pixelmags to go public. With everything that is in play, I HIGHLY DOUBT a suspension will happen.

Again, HIGHLY DOUBT IT.
