That's not how it works. There's no partial_filing. A form 10 is filed or not.

Yeah, that's the typical storyline. And there is truth there in a general way. But two things...1)if Solaris is in contact with the SEC behind our knowledge of such contact then for all we know the SEC knows what is going on and has given their authorization. The SEC may already have as much of the financials as is completed, or have seen the progress anyways. and 2) there are thousands of OTC stocks that are "on watch by the SEC for possible suspension" It rarely happens. And by saying "on watch" that probably grossly overstates what is even the case. There are scam penny stocks out there that are also "on watch" if you will, that nothing ever happens to. If Solaris/Pixel has any legitimacy whatsoever they are miles ahead of such stocks. The SEC is not alarmed by such things. Don't kid yourself that the SEC is some big bad wolf that hovers over watching everything. They are so undermanned given how much they are actually suppose to monitor it is ridiculous. They simply cannot fulfill their mandate for even 1% of stocks out there. They need really strong evidence to even look themselves. If they looked and Solaris said, "Yes, we are having a little difficulty getting it completed, but we are working on it. Here is what we have done so far." then the SEC may have already given them authority to continue and given some timeframe. This is as likely, more likely even, a scenario than the one you are trying to paint.
