kevgan, not true. They filed an extension in 2016 and have not filed since. No more extensions. Those March and April dates have no meaning whatsoever.
It's just a rush to get all the delinquent fins in before the SEC halts for delinquency.

Technically they have til april 14th (thats with extension time included) to release the fins and annual K. .. right so we should expect something between march 31st and april 14th...

Thats only for the 2016 annual report. They are almost a year overdue for the 2015 annual report which was due March 31st 2016. They are delinquent in their financial reporting obligations and as such are on watch by the SEC for possible suspension.
