I understand about the movie process -I have a friend that wrote ,produced and released a movie -it's called Tunnel Vision -look up the movie -it was on Netflix and the released the movie in DVD form -it made a small theater release -that's one of my points -just because you have a movie that doesn't mean you will be rich -this movie doesn't look to me like a big movie -no big actors and not a great storyline- also -they have just made a lot of promises -it's not just the movie -as investors we want to see action -not just words
Some one needs to be cashed outside. But I agree why sell before we get the 2nd or 3rd quarter report when they stated that's when it will drive in investors it's worth the risk unless your desperate for money just hold on a little longer and wait if nothing else you make money
As I proved before, ASG issued PR's stating the movie would be released in 2015. As you can see from their website TODAY they say "2016" (oops).
Also, they say "ASGA has received a substantial equity position (30% +) in BorderCross and will be receiving a distribution fee (20%) along with interest (10%) on its marketing funds provided. We anticipate the release of BorderCross in late 2016." http://www.asgentertainment.com/about-us/
30%!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So if ASG put up any money then any profits (if any) would likely go to pay off ASG's investors--->>NOT HOLLYWALL<<.
NOTE-- they say ASH >>HAS<< a 30% equity position. "HAS" is past tense. It has been proven that ASG has been promoting this movie long before HWAL came on the scene.
Also, there's been no official SEC disclosure proving that a merger between the two companies has ever taken place (HWAL's website notwithstanding).
