The only proof that you found of the CEO filing for bankruptcy is her name on a scam website called bankruptreport.com (which oddly 404's out right now).
They list people's names as having filed for bankruptcy and then offers to remove the information for a huge fee.
The information on that website is untrustworthy at best, as it is in the website's interest to list people as having filed for bankruptcy (whether they had or not) and hope they're willing to pay the ransom to have their name removed.
You will undoubtably tell people to check PACER.gov, but in order to create an account on PACER you need to wait 7 days for your confirmation token in the mail before you can log in and perform a search, something most people aren't willing to do.
