It was odd in doing research I was the only that found that the CEO of BMXC, Taiwo Aimasiko had filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy and didn't disclose it.

First, that goes straight to the incompetence of the CEO - if she can't handle her personal finances - she certainly can't be trusted to be a good steward of a public company's finances.

And combined with all of the accounting errors in the financials makes me curious about her education.

Way too red flags for BMXC to be anything but a OTCM scam.
