By the way. I don't need to see a contract with Bethel. An 8K outlining that a financial agreement exists is enough for me. That & the fact that it eliminates the need for further financing is just gravy on the yummies.

Maybe that's why someone parked big money on the Bid for over 1.3 million shares!

Who would be foolish enough to just use Google to do real DD - I searched via the Office of the Attorney General of Kenya for a company registered under the name Bethel Imports and nothing.

I searched several Nairobi business directories and nothing with the name Bethel Imports.

Bethel Imports doesn't exist except in the mind of the BMXC CEO.

If you have proof they exist then post it.

The $1.1 million contract doesn't exist because the CEO copied the contract from a Viscus contract filed with the SEC - she copied everything even the contract email address: [e-mail].

Anyone comparing the BMXC and the Viscus contract will get a good laugh - at how the CEO completely fabricated the contract.
