The $1.1 million contract doesn't exist because the CEO copied the contract from a Viscus contract filed with the SEC - she copied everything even the contract email address: mb@viscus.com.

Anyone comparing the BMXC and the Viscus contract will get a good laugh - at how the CEO completely fabricated the contract.
