There is no proof that Bethel does not exist, beyond the fact that you can't find them on Google. That's not proof. There are a million companies globally that you will not find through an internet search.
The only proof you offer that the $1.1M contract doesn't exist is your claim that Bethel doesn't exist. Again, that's not proof of anything.
The ad copy isn't stolen from anywhere, it's generic description that the manufacturer gives to distributors to describe their product. It would be like accusing a general store that was using the Coca-Cola logo of stealing ad copy from Coke when in reality it was given to them by coke in order to sell their drinks.
The share structure is not screwed up, and at least 3 different users have done the math to prove it. Not to mention that the share structure is verified by an ungagged TA. It doesn't get any more clear than that.
And the company has repeatedly stated that they don't need toxic financing because they currently exist on a pre-order basis, meaning her customer puts up the money up front for the product. The financing comes from the customer.
All claims against BMXC have been investigated and debunked. At this point it's just regurgitating what we already know.
