1700 is a round number, actually I have the 1690 as the resistance, but what is 5 points between friends (g), I also expect a false break of that resistance, thus my suggestion that 1700 might be reached. I expect the rise not to be accompanied with new records in volume and new highs, and thus to be, in essence, a fake....If records are reached (or even near yearly records), then the next phase might be up and there might no be a September "debacle", right now, I have more than 80% odds that the former scenario will evolve.
