They owed 1.2 billion.... Sold that amount in projects and then some...still over 30 projects in their portfolio ..and new ones starting...I think the reorganization in BK was on purpose to gain possession of more controlling shares going forward...When They Rise Up...these numbers will never be seen again.
wow this statement is completely inaccurate regarding bankruptcies. its not necessary to pay all debts to emerge. and they wont have to because they'll enter a reorg plan that will get approved, which will settle debts thru new terms. sunedison will continue operating its business
