Nice to see Osborn nailed again. I believe this is at least the second time (third? Was he charged on a different stock scheme in 2015?) he has been charged with fraud, and he actually served prison time the first time around. I am surprised the DOJ didn't file new criminal charges concurrently with the SEC civil ones.

I recall this current scam was discussed in detail on this board back in 2015. 2 years is pretty quick action by SEC standards.

And what happened to Osborn's "ThePUMPtracker.com"?
