Its the MM's acumilating shares for everyone on wallstreet. There keeping the share price down. We all know that this new goverment filled with wallstreet people wont keep F and F forever. Its time has come and will be realesed when wall street has accumilated all the shares it wants.
The DE remand is a super good development, and even better was Judge Sleet's citing of the Perry Case ruling, saying that the shareholders do have rights!!
The end result in the Pagliara Case is too far from today to move the stock, but if this is the start of a wave of rulings in various courts that find light in the Perry Case ruling on the Sovereign Immunity Waiver issues, then, FnF could start to move back up.
