Strange: pps didn't respond to Delaware remand. I won't pretend I can interpret why not. But is the Delaware Sleet case so off the radar to the major institutional players in this that a shareholder-friendly remand like this doesn't even have the power to impact pps?
Or are the major players well aware of DE and are keeping prices down while they accumulate? Probably. There are so many lawsuits though, that it's interesting to think that even institutions might miss something here and there.
