I think he has answered that implicitly. He says regrets the money that has been wasted by both sides, and how both sides have been hurt by the law suits. It doesn't sound like he is all that keen to throw good money after bad, and who would be?

Not to put words in his mouth, but based on his previous comments, I assume Bill is hoping that the settlement conference will be successful. I think success would have to include mutual releases and a cessation of hostilities. As far as I can tell, only one person here thinks the best course of action would be to increase hostilities and litigate to the death.

4 retire, Lonewolf thinks you have him on ignore. He asks me to ask you whether you are as thrilled as Smitty is by the prospects of using investors money to tie both companies up in litigation for years?

I think the answer is obviously no, and that you would prefer it if your money was spent on something potentially profitable. But just to cross the eyes and dot the teas, I thought I should pass the question along.

What I don't understand is whether you guys think there is some reason to pursue Tmmi, either for their assets or to ruin a competitor, or to shake them down? If Tmmi has nothing but a company pen why the considerable effort to go after them? Part of the reason I invested in Tmmi is inferences made from Dim's obsession with them, by the way.
