You're right, I don't know it. But I believe it, based on the assumption that they were paying lawyers by their time and the activities of the lawyers as set out in the court record. But you'd know better than I would what investors money was spent on.
I don't "blame" Dimension for making applications to dismiss the claim. Of course not. I'm just noting that the spend money doing this, and were unsuccessful. It's money thrown away because the claim ended up being withdrawn anyway, and they seem to have received very little off setting compensation for the time and money in the order for costs.
Dimension is wholly responsible for its decision to counter sue, and on this endeavour they largely were unsuccessful. Entirely up to them if they want to spend even more money on seemingly long odd law suits, but if you're happy having your investment spent that way even while being a Tmmi shareholder, it's entirely a matter for you.
