Obviously I'm not happy with either TMM, or Dimension's efforts and expenses in this financial atrocity. I keep in mind however that Dimension didn't start the suit but vigorously defended it. With the inaction, erroneous actions and malaise by this judge, I don't blame Dimension for countersuing. If I were that party, I would have as well. It is my opinion that if this case were under Elsworth, instead of Gonzales, it would have been over in a year.
As posted before, I was against TMM filing this lawsuit and stated that on numerous occasions in the spring of 2013. At that time I was a fairly large investor in TMM and didn't own one share of Dimension; even though I was then being accused of being a Dimension supporter.
In my opinion this was a bully move by TMM to make the other party give in to their tactics. It didn't work and both parties were hurt badly.
