What rule would stop those MMs that haven't put their MM ID on the Pink Sheets for PAIM from hitting the unsolicited bids they see on the pinks?

Nothing would stop them from hitting that bid, if they had a bona fide customer willing to sell there.

NITE and UBSS are very large public companies making markets in thousands of stocks.

I doubt they put their best guys on subpenny pinks. but I also doubt that they would risk not just their licenses, but huge fines, letting the rookies run wild on subpenny usolicited pinks.

Yes I could post link to the rules, done that many times, but it's pointless....the pumpers say they break those rules and the sheeple, usually way under water, back them up.
