The process of shorting shares is one of my weak areas....if u have time, could u briefly explain the process by which a pink trading at .0001 is shorted >5 mill sh. (assuming report is accurate) and how that might typically play out by those doing the shorting. The o/s is last reported around 18 bill.

So you admit the rule she quoted does not cover a MM hiting an unsolicted bid? What would the fine be for hiting the bid without a retail order?
