However - the share structure has advantage as well - if the results are somewhat Ok- Good, there will be scramble to buy the shares and there will be no sellers and the upward move will be disproportionately high. Later they can issue new shares in secondary offering and create float.
In terms of efficacy and LT sustainability - most of the Alz drugs from BP and tiny companies have failed - so no one understands this disease and claiming that NTRP drug is inferior to AVXL is unproven.
It seems to me as a short term gambling opportunity - high reward but possibly higher risk of losing majority of money - the results will be quick - like in 6-8 weeks.
