More on the share structure -

While working for an OTC we were approached by some of those funds. The CEO rejected it, largely based on my DD.

First, because it would have disadvantaged current stockholders, many of whom were the people who created the technology and accepted stock as pay.

Second, because it gave control of future dilution to a cartel whose primary objective was making money for their clients, not developing the science for the benefit of mankind.

Third, because the track record of this group was not good as far as promoting the eventual success of the companies it promoted.

Perhaps this experience has colored my perception of Neurotrope, I could be wrong, but I'm simply not willing to put my money into that sort of stock structure.
