LOL! My "emails" to the BCSC are the reason there is no MSX anymore.....sorry...that's a FACT. Oh.....do you wonder why JL does not post on STOCKHOUSE? Think about it....
As far as opening a can of worms......gee I have been asking JL and GP to do this for years....why not take all your "proof" of clean title to the media and blow the lid off this Barrick/BCSC scam.......??????????????????
Believe me newgold, I think it'd be very interesting to see Barrick go on the offensive with JRL again. And if I thought that spending the time and effort to compile an info package for them to do that was worth it, then I'd do it. But what's the point?
I'd bet my bottom dollar that Barrick is already completely aware of JRL's postings; just like they were aware of Brent's PR's with the purported "false and misleading" statements.
Barrick did what they needed to do with MSX: they waited and watched while MSX imploded and sunk. They didn't need to go through with any annoying legal proceeding and they just sat back and watched while the ship went down on it's own.
Why would they bother doing anything different with Jorge? They may as well let him continue to make friends with the BCSC (and others) with his accusations and let those guys do their work for them. I guess all of us owe YKR some thanks for helping Jorge and the BCSC develop the special relationship that they now enjoy ;)
