Im pretty sure no one knows that answer as nothing has been said in any of the prs. Anavex WILL have 4 topics it'll be a part of though this coming ADPD2017, while NTR* will be a topic of how many? I understand favoring one company over another, just think real DD would guide you in a different direction.

how the 5 dropouts were represented in all of the data sets

As Rubyred noted I don't think the data have been made available. A bit frustrating but I guess they have to get the benefit of the doubt that they used some reasonably accepted method. A bit of detail would go a long way to quell my skepticism in that regard.

Re: drop out handling

One assumes that dropouts are handled in an "average neutral" way.

1) The simplest way one can do this is by carrying forward the overall average scores thus it has no impact on mean (but would be removed for the mode for distribution).

2) The other way is to carry forward the average scores of similar participants (pre-determined)

I would bet very heavily on option 1) as n=32 just seems too small a population to divide by profile type for option 2)
