Hey JRLopehandia, you can claim to criminally charge everyone on the planet if you want to, but it's all a waste of breath unless you actually obtain a conviction at some point. The only person with any kind of conviction in this saga is you. Barrick had you charged and convicted didn't they? In a real Canadian court.
