I thought that there were close to 90 MM shares outstanding of WAVX, typically, I would hear that some brokerage houses have no shares available for shorting (on my thread there are a number of traders playing both the long and the short side and they often report when a brokerage is out of lendable stock, another trader will then chime in "Schwab still has plenty" o something to that effect. If one wanted to find out the situation, it would be relatively simple for few here to call their brokers and ask for availability of stock to short.
