Maybe they can follow that with some Exosome Test partnering news.

If the Exosome test has the market and profit potential that many believe, there is no reason to do a RS higher than the minimum amount required to regain Nasdaq compliance. If good news is coming, they would have a minimum of 12 to 18 months to execute a partnership on the test kit, and expand the PS platform. The company believes that a test kit partner could happen in the 1H of this year. If they RS any higher than the minimum required, it will not be a good signal to send. 1 for 2, or 1 for 3, or even 1 for 4 would be an optimistic signal of strength. Any positive announcement shortly after a RS would cause an uproar, especially after the silence demonstrated to this point. GLTA
