If Peregrine has something brewing with exosomes an RS should not be an issue. What scares me is management proceeding to RS PPHM and not RS-ing the amount available.

JJ1223, SCARY, but if "bavi going it alone" can re-emerge after they do a 7 to 1 with market cap increase from the Exosome partnering-- and have HUGE on-shelf (non reversed) shares -- we can re-start from square one with this blemished BOD and lab-coat management.
