Doing some DD on the SS it makes one wonder what they are doing.

You have the Company up the Authorized to 50,002,100,000 (That's 50 billion), list commons at 40,000,000,000 and then the Preferred's:

Preferred B: 5,000,000,000 convert 1 share per common share
Preferred A: 1,850,000 convert 1,000 share per common share
Preferred C: 5,000,000,000 convert 1 share per common share?
Preferred ?: 250,000 convert 10 share per common share

Crazy SS will keep this from going anywhere imo. Need to clean up and remove the Preferred's..
