It is convertible debt, just read 2016 20-F and you're good. 1,5 MM of Bertsos salry is payable in shares, not cash. That's also in their 2016 20-F.

If you saying convertible debt, and if it is correct

Then you need to look at NEWLF where Bertsos was CFO

The convertible debt was used to trade shares off-market. This is discussed in the SEC complaint against certain individuals where NEWLF debt was converted into shares and selling into the open market - flooding the market

Can someone explain to me why YP Holdings has over 100 million shares of this company? I know they got bought out by Dex about ten years ago. Why would a company be interested in such a small company? Were there ever any articles talking about a partnership? Or did someone at YP Holdings just take a chance with penny stocks and failed?
