Would the company mention only $70M+ as over hyped if TRUE REVS were ~$10M and even FOUNDER quoted online 3x that....?

FOUNDER SAYS, $30M IN 2014
D&B SAYS ~$48M
etc etc....

Why not $25M min?

Company is also deciding to go PUBLIC at IT'S DISCRETION... not by force.

Vert's criteria requires a company with at least 10 million in sales:

Per Dun and Bradstreet, Pixelmag's sales are around 48 million:

Per the previous CEO, sales were over 30 Million annually (thats in line with Dun and Bradstreet):

Since Pixelmags provides a "Distribution as a Service" (D.a.a.S), I can't imagine revenues to be low.

IN MY OPINION, it's safe to say revenues are well over 10 million.

We won't know for sure until filings are submitted.
