Shareholders didn't run this pig into the ground, Steve Saleen did, with financial mismanagement and toxic debt. Who signed off on all of that crap, the shareholders? Here's your answer...NO. Steve did. The shareholders were only along for the ride, sadly. He brought the stock from around a dollar per share to four ten thousands of a cent.
