Right after the dividend in October 2005...uh...Feb 2006...uh...March 2006...uh...May 2006...uh...June 2006, yeah, thats it.

Or maybe after the SB-2 filing to free up the delayed dividend in July 2006...uh...Aug 2006...uh...October 2006, yeah thats it, it will be done.

I think your question might be rephrased as "when will we receive $2.35 cash per share from another company for my IDWD shares?"

That answer, IMHO, is not in the next 12 months...if ever...
