plutoniumimplosion

#36920 RE: seifer1975 #36917

Again this Thursday morning, February 20, 2017, lets take stock of the not so mighty TAUG.

TAUG has less than $300 cash. My son, some 20 years ago, used to have more cash from his paper route delivering the South Bend Tribune and he had regular customers and a product people wanted. but I digress.

TAUG has no employees. TAUG has no management team. TAUG has no business plan. TAUG has no products. TAUG has no business partners or merger partners. TAUG is a sham operation duping shareholders into believing that TAUG is not a shell. These are all facts and the facts describe a company that is and should be trading in the $0.003s.

Now lets turn to what TAUG does have. It has two people running the company with troubled past careers and lives. One, the CEO, is rumored to have or have had, chemical issues. The other, a "consultant," and this is not rumored, spent a little time in jail for threats made to children and later threats made to a judge. He refused to stop either type of threat, and after a period of these threats, was placed in jail ( http://www.rid.uscourts.gov/menu/judges/opinions/Smith/03102006_1-05CV0090S_CESARIO_V_BERGQUIST_-_ADDENDUM_TO_DISMISSAL_ORDER_U.pdf ). Also apparently the lesson was not learned because in 2016 the "consultant" wrote a letter to a Federal judge in Florida, and despite no standing in the matter, attempted to bully the judge into removing the company's case against Cowan from civil court to criminal court. There are many who are looking at this case (subsequently removed to a New Jersey court) who have concluded that TAUG's consultant lost whatever case TAUG had right there.

Now lets move on to the TAUG CEO. Aside from major, breathtaking grants to him of free stock, the troubled past of the CEO still follows him. His past history of providing services to companies, most notably the arguably criminal enterprise SpongeTech, have lead to a string of corporate implosions just as the CEO walked out the corporate door. Rather than having a Midas touch as several TAUG supporters claim, the CEO instead appears to be a typhoid Mary and is well on his way to repeating his own "patented" pattern at TAUG.

But this is not all that TAUG has. TAUG also has a vigilante message board posting team hired by the CEO and the "consultant," spending hours every day posting hateful messages on this message board and the DECN message board, regularly libeling the CEO of DECN, posting private personal conversations on the public forum. This sad set of circumstances has lead to DECN filing a lawsuit against TAUG, the "consultant," TAUG's CEO and the vigilante force for libel and Internet stalking. The lawsuit will also seek to freeze any recovery from TAUG's suit against Cowan until the DECN suit is fully adjudicated, because as DECN knows, the only thing of any value, even dubious value, is TAUG's suit against Cowan, because TAUG has no cash, no business, no revenue stream, no office, not even a business phone number.

And there is more. For example the TAUG CEO is on the west coast last night and today meeting with a rather famous pump and dump expert. More about this later.

All IMO.
