You're missing the authors glaring error which could be found when reading the filings and all those form 4 filings from december

for instance here is a form 4 filing - filed on December 6 showing ownership of 200,700 shares after an addition 100 shares was added to his position

Now to be honest i havent looked any deeper than the next filings after the claimed date in the article.....but also after the first finding i dont see much need too

also i have sold out of this position prior to today

Fake news perhaps! The big acquisition was probably from exercising options. Perhaps he dumped those right away which is common. But 300 shares doesn't sound right.

I don't have time to check it out now tho.
