You're missing the authors glaring error which could be found when reading the filings and all those form 4 filings from december

for instance here is a form 4 filing - filed on December 6 showing ownership of 200,700 shares after an addition 100 shares was added to his position

Now to be honest i havent looked any deeper than the next filings after the claimed date in the article.....but also after the first finding i dont see much need too
