no he is a good doctor and a friend of mine, he has heard of the drug just doesn't have much experience with it. i have slightly high trigs so i told him i wanted to try vascepa and he said fine....
what i find interesting is he thought that i may have pushback from the insurance company as no real reason medically speaking to take the drug at this point as my trigs certainly don't meet the numbers needed to be prescribed the drug but i was covered with a low co pay...
