I never said all the shares would be converted and dumped after the 1 year restriction, but I do expect there will be millions dumped for their initial windfall gains. Especially, if the pps is at higher levels relative to where it sits now and pending the reverse split that will happen this year.
They may all decide to keep holding their preferred shares too. Assuming they don't need the money and their wives are happy! LOL
