Remember Ed filed something before the shareholder meeting saying the company owes him a couple of hundred thousand dollars for salary not taken and there were four or five years when the company was trading in the pennies where he was getting no salary at all.
As long as Ed has enough money to keep his beach house he'll be satisfied, and yes I agree, Ed will run this company into the ground before he relinquishes control.
