Marshall is clearly more interested in what's good for Marshall than what's good for Medizone.

He probably still has wet dreams of his name being up in lights. However, at this stage of his life and staring his continual failure in the mirror everyday you would think it would have some effect, even on an egomaniac like him. Not so. I think he would rather see Medizone go down in flames than relinquish control.
