Also before you dig into your bag, Stylar filings are Stylar. It's probable that all the contracts and new clients signed in the last year in a half got inked on DBMM GROUPS BALANCE SHEET. And not Stylar, they just got a token to show they are still alive
Plaintiff obtained a judgment against defendant Digital Brand Media & Marketing Group, Inc. ("Digital Brand") in the amount of $122,801.87, which was dated July 15, 2015, and entered in the Office of the Nassau County Clerk on July 20, 2015 (Exh. "B"). The judgment was based upon a series of promissory notes. Plaintiff previously moved for the appointment of a Receiver of the assets of Digital Brand, which motion was denied.
Subsequent to the entry of judgment, the parties entered into a settlement agreement, calling for the payment of $85,000 to plaintiff. Plaintiff made an initial payment of $25,000, but made no further payments. Plaintiff contends that the settlement agreement was breached, and that they are entitled to recover the full amount of the judgment, less the amount received.
