Let's take stock of TAUG as an investment on Monday, February 13.

TAUG has no cash and the only place to raise any capital is through their preferred method of financing, death spiral convertibles. Those death spiral convertibles account for a share price below $0.004, the way wrong side of a penny. TAUG has no employees, TAUG has no management team. TAUG's CEO allows a consultant to call the shots, not himself and not the BOD and certainly not on behalf of shareholders, because this consultant is also a death spiral investor. In fact, where is the BOD? How is this allowed to happen?

TAUG has no office. TAUG has no corporate phone number except for a cell phone registered by the TAUG CEO. Recently TAUG has empowered a team of message board hooligans to attack a company they have no relationship with. While this company's CEO and BOD was once a TAUG director, he resigned in June 2016 because he could find no evidence of TAUG corporate governance by the BOD, no debate about THE lawsuit that was in trouble even in June 2016. And as a result of this hooligan behavior, TAUG has attracted another nasty lawsuit and has been tied back to the TAUG CEO and its consultant.

And speaking of lawsuits, TAUG's one source of corporate redemption is a lawsuit against a former auditing firm, a professional corporation defended by an insurance company. But this lawsuit is now terrible tainted because of the actions of a consultant.

This is bad, bad, bad. The state of the TAUG union is not strong on this 13th day of February.

All IMO.

Do we still retain equity in ITL?

The once Mighty TAUG seems to be collapsing.

In less than two months, TAUG's share price has been cut in half. It's become unclear if there is even going to be a jury trail, or if TAUG will ever have a viable revenue stream.

Some shareholders, may still take solace, in TAUG's "fully reporting" status. For me, that would not be enough.
