Henderson- Your comment-I also find most points of critism about Dr. D unfounded. He is certainly not diluting this stock for poor reasons. He needs cash on hand in order to be able to commercialize FlutiCare and this has always been expected.
Isn't that putting the cart before the horse? He hasn't been right on his estimates for Fluticare. His big mistake was changing the agreement with Novalere. Why give up something that you don't have until it happens (as per the original agreement). Instead, he has further diluted the stock unnecessarily. Quite frankly, I don't see profitability for 2017 either. I would be surprised to see any type of earnings per share this year. Also, even if he does have something, it will be minuscule with the continued dilutions.
Everyone brags about his performance at Apricus. Did the stock go up? Well yes it did. But it started down again with his dilutions and then he abruptly left.
Your following statement is also false.
"He is certainly not diluting this stock for poor reasons." Yes he did dilute for a poor reason. He didn't have to add the remainder of the 25M shares to the float. The excuse of approval in Q1 is a ludicrous reason when it isn't even know when or if they will get approval. You can state approval all you want but until it happens, it's not approved. That is fact!!!!!
